Orders And Quotes
Product orders may be quote-based until real pricing, stock status, species, size, packaging, pickup, delivery, shipping, and payment details are confirmed by Jentan staff.
Payments
Bank transfer, gateway checkout, POS, and other payment methods must be verified before orders are confirmed, processed, dispatched, or released for pickup.
Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for accurate account details, delivery addresses, phone numbers, order references, and payment proof submissions.
Perishable Products
Live fish, fresh fish, and processed fish products require careful handling. Pickup, delivery, and shipping timing must be coordinated to protect product quality.
Private Dashboard Access
Farm operations, admin, staff, and reporting areas are private and may be accessed only by authorized staff with assigned roles.
